JEREMY COHEN

Jeremy founder of Jeremy James has been in the property industry for over 40 years dealing with residential, commercial and medical properties. He founded the company in 1994 and now is one of the oldest established estate agents in the village. As a result of being in the village for this length of time his knowledge of the area is second to none. Jeremy is a keen sportsman with a considerable amount of interest in tennis where he reached the quarterfinals of junior Wimbledon.

Michael COHEN

With a degree in Real Estate and several years experience in the residential sales market having worked for one of the largest real estate companies in the world Michael is passionate about creating enduring relationships and building trust with his clients. Michael has been brought up in a sport obsessed household and his enjoyment of rugby, going to the gym is only surpassed by his passion for tennis, having represented England when he was a junior.

Kim Howard MIRPM

Kim has extensive experience in Residential Property Management working in both Marylebone Village, Chelsea and Kensington. Her role is multi-tasking and supporting other members of the team which is always a constant challenge and in turn enables us to give an excellent service to both Landlords and Tenants.

Tanya Ganly

Tanya started her property career with Jeremy James in 1997 and heads up the Lettings Department with responsibility for residential and medical lettings, and property management.

Originally from Dublin, Ireland, she has over 25 years’ experience in the estate agency world and particularly loves the Marylebone vibe, it’s properties and people.
